Caseload: K12, must be comfortable working with an older student population
Windham Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join their team for the 20252026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse K12 student body, with a focus on supporting older students.
As part of a collaborative team of educators and clinicians, youll support communication goals that make a direct impact on students' academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist licensed SLPs in implementing therapy plans

Conduct speech-language screenings and document student progress

Prepare materials and support therapy sessions

Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student communication in the classroom
Requirements:

Actively enrolled in a university-accredited SLPA program

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Comfort working with older student populations
-
Prior school-based experience is helpful, but not required
